Weekday Tours - May to September
These tours are available at 11am from May to September on Thursdays and Fridays. No need to book, simply turn up and wait outside Abbot's Hospital main entrance for your guide! Visitors are able to see the COMMON HALL, originally used as a sitting and dining area by the residents and the CHAPEL, with its superb stained glass windows. Tours last about 45 to 50 minutes. For 2017 the first Weekly Tour will commence at 11 am on Thursday 4th May. The last Weekly Tour in 2017 will be on Friday 29th September.
£5 per person, under 16s free of charge
These must be booked in advance but can be arranged Monday to Friday (and, with plenty of notice, sometimes Saturday) at any time during the year. Group Tours can be tailored to particular interests and can offer an opportunity to see areas of the Hospital not available during Weekday Tours or Open Days.

We are delighted to welcome schools to Abbot's Hospital and have tours suitable for pupils of different ages. No charge is normally made for educational visits.
Open Days and Special Events
Several times a year we run special events and activities. These often involve special 17th Century guests and current residents. For further information see News/Events.
Heritage Days 2017
The Guildford Heritage Days 2017 will be on Thursday 7th, Friday 8th and Saturday 9th September. On those days Abbot's Hospital will be conducting tours as follows:
Tours (maximum 20 per tour)
Thursday 7th September 2017: 11 am and 12 noon
Friday 8th September 2017: 11 am and 12 Noon
Saturday 9th September: Every 15 minutes from 10 am. Last tour 13.45 pm (A total of 16 tours with a maximum of 20 persons per tour) . The final tour will finish at 2 pm
